**Processing Time**

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**New Zealand Domestic Shipping**

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic New Zealand orders. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

**International Shipping**

We ship to 27 countries worldwide, including the United States, at a flat rate of NZD $33.00 per order. Estimated international delivery times are 7–21 business days from dispatch, depending on your destination country and local postal services.

**Customs, Duties & Taxes**

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations prior to placing an order.
