Refund policy
We hand inspect our items for faults or defects that do not pass our ringaringa "Hands" principles of hand touched, inspected and meticulously examined before shipping. If it ain't lit or oozes drip 100% of what it supposed to be, we don't send it
In general we do not have a return or refund policy. However, we do have a refund period which is 14 business days after purchase, 4 days for delivery and 10 for ownership of the garment. Refunds are not covered by our SIP (Skux Important Person) tagged premium items, as they are covered under our 5 year repair warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent for repairs are covered under our 5 year Repair warranty policy and are exclusive to this premium service only.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the SK-UCK ME boots or the SK-OLO undershirts, due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Returns are not covered by our SIP (Skux Important Person) tagged premium items, as they are covered under our 5 year repair warranty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Ship your item to our repair workshop (you cover shipping in).

We repair, upcycle what we can and return it — free of charge.
Note:
Warranty valid for 5 years from purchase. SIP signed dual care/product card & proof of purchase required. Coverage is non-transferable.
We only charge for shipping to our repair facility — all else is on us.
